Lazio Are Willing To Consider Selling Dia Next Summer If They Receive A Sufficiently Attractive Offer

Lazio are reportedly open to offers for Boulaye Dia, despite his strong start to the season, as the Senegal international’s form has dipped in recent months. The 28‑year‑old forward arrived from Salernitana last summer for €11 million and initially thrived alongside Taty Castellanos in Marco Baroni’s 4‑2‑3‑1 setup, often operating as an attacking midfielder. However, since being tasked with leading the line in Castellanos’s absence through injury, Dia — along with teammates Tijjani Noslin and Loum Tchaouna — has struggled to replicate the Argentine’s goal‑scoring influence, leaving Lazio’s attack noticeably less potent.

According to La Lazio Siamo Noi, Dia’s place in the squad is now under threat amid his current slump, and club officials believe next summer represents the optimal opportunity to recoup a profit before he turns 29 in November. President Claudio Lotito and sporting director Angelo Fabiani are said to be targeting a transfer fee of around €15 million. Although Dia joined on a two‑year loan from Salernitana, Lazio are obliged to make the deal permanent by June 2026 — meaning they could accelerate that purchase this summer if a sufficiently attractive offer arrives. To date this season, Dia has contributed nine goals and three assists across all competitions.
