Lazio's Striker Gabriele Artistico Set For A New Loan Move In January
Lazio’s squad extends beyond Marco Baroni’s team competing on multiple fronts, including players currently out on loan. Among them are Matteo Cancellieri, Floriani Mussolini, Ruggeri, and Gabriele Artistico, a forward born in 2002, who joined from Virtus Francavilla before being loaned to Juve Stabia in Serie B.
Artistico has made 16 appearances for Juve Stabia this season, scoring two goals—one on his debut against Bari and another against Pisa. Despite his contributions and good relationships with his teammates and coach, the striker is reportedly considering an early departure due to difficulties adjusting to the club's environment.
According to reports, Juve Stabia are prepared to send Artistico back to Lazio ahead of schedule. Transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio has revealed that Lazio are already in talks to arrange a new loan move for the young forward, with Serie B side Cosenza emerging as the likely destination. Negotiations are ongoing, and Artistico’s transfer is expected to be finalized during the January window.
