Lotito: "Juventus-Lazio? I Don't Want To Predict Anything, But I Don't Think It Will End In A Draw. I Support The Team That Can Deliver Results On The Field."
Lazio president Claudio Lotito has refrained from making any predictions about his team's upcoming match against Juventus following the international break. However, he expressed confidence that the match will not end in a draw.
Speaking about the clash at the Allianz Stadium on Saturday (19/10), Lotito stated that while he's not interested in forecasting the result, he believes it won’t be a draw. Both Juventus and Lazio have started the 2024/25 season on a positive note, with the Roman club exceeding expectations in several games. Juventus, too, have performed well, despite the managerial and player changes made during the summer transfer window.
The Bianconeri have encountered setbacks recently with injuries to key players, though their supporters remain hopeful for a strong finish to the season. Both clubs have released players for international duty, hoping they return fit. As the match nears, Juventus is well aware of Lazio's good form but remains confident.
Lotito, however, chose not to give a precise prediction, saying, "Juventus-Lazio? I don't want to predict anything, but I don't think it will end in a draw. I support the team that can deliver results on the field. Trophies and goals are earned, not declared, the same applies to the Europa League," he told Calciomercato.
