[Serie A] Udinese - Lazio = 2 - 1
Lazio faced their first loss of the season after a poor performance against Udinese at the Bluenergy Stadium.
Similar to their last match against Venezia, the Biancoceleste let in an early goal when Florien Thauvin made a great cross that Lorenzo Lucca headed into the goal. However, unlike the previous game, Marco Baroni's team couldn't recover from this early setback.
Lazio had few chances in the first half, with their best opportunity being an Alessio Romagnoli header that was cleared off the line.
The second half started the same way, with Udinese scoring another early goal. Thauvin stood out as the best player, making a strong run through the middle of the field and easily scoring past Ivan Provedel.
When Gustav Isaksen came on, it brought some hope, especially after Hassane Kamara was sent off for a hard tackle on him. Lazio then had more control of the game and created several chances, but they only managed to score in the 95th minute. Isaksen scored from a rebound, but it was too late to change the result.
Lazio's first away game ended in a 2-1 defeat, showing several problems that need to be fixed quickly.
