[Official] Ruggeri Sent To Salernitana On Loan From Lazio As Part Of Dia's Transfer Deal

Boulaye Dia joins Lazio, while Fabio Ruggeri heads to Salerno. The deal, which brought the former Salernitana striker to Rome, also included young Lazio defender Fabio Ruggeri. According to the official statement from the Biancoceleste club, the 2004-born center-back has been loaned to Salernitana on a one year deal until June 30.

Ruggeri, regarded as one of the most promising talents in Lazio's youth system, will have the chance to further develop in Serie B with the Campania team, gaining valuable experience and playing time.

Lazio's statement on Ruggeri's move to Salernitana read: "S.S. Lazio announces that it has temporarily transferred the rights to the sporting performances of footballer Fabio Ruggeri to Unione Sportiva Salernitana 1919."
