[Official] Sanderra Has Signed A New Contract To Remain Head Coach Of Lazio Primavera For An Additional Two Years

After a successful year, Lazio Primavera has confirmed that Stefano Sanderra will continue as their coach for the next season. Sanderra, who guided his team to the semi-final of the derby against Roma and came close to reaching the Scudetto final as a newly promoted team, is expected to remain with the club for another two seasons.

Following a great season with Lazio Primavera, Stefano Sanderra has renewed his contract and is ready to lead the Biancoceleste Primavera team into the new championship. Speaking to the club's official media, he shared his feelings:

"We had agreed on the renewal for some time, continuing our work with Lazio after a wonderful two-year period. It made sense to continue, as all conditions are right to aim for our best, and always to develop players who can succeed in professional leagues. Being with Lazio, in the city where I was born and live, with facilities like Formello and a supportive director and president, is an ideal situation. Beyond results, our focus is on player development, which we have achieved over the past two years. We've produced significant players, some of whom have joined the first team. This is our true objective beyond immediate results."

"Our staff's DNA includes building a cohesive and passionate team. Over these two years, we have cultivated leaders who embrace our philosophy and football style, aiming to create a team that gives everything on the pitch. It's gratifying to see people follow us and become passionate about our efforts. Even with new players, we aim to replicate these traits and instill a strong work culture that unites the team to face challenges."

"Our primary goal is to develop talent for the first team, benefiting the club in both the transfer market and on the field. While achieving results is satisfying, we must always consider our available resources. The director aims to maintain the team's core, despite some players being in high demand. The Primavera and Women's teams have been crucial, and we hope to continue building on that. Ultimately, it's about how many players progress, regardless of who wins titles."
