Joaquin Correa's Agent Proposes A Return To Lazio As Inter Look To Offload Striker

Joaquin Correa's agent has reportedly proposed his client's return to Lazio, as Inter Milan no longer requires the striker.

Correa was brought to Inter Milan by coach Simone Inzaghi when he transferred from Lazio in 2021. Unfortunately, he struggled to replicate his previous form with the Nerazzurri. In 52 Serie A matches for Inter, the Argentine striker managed only 9 goals and 2 assists.

Last season, Correa was dropped from Inter's main squad and loaned to Olympique Marseille for a year. However, this summer, he returned to Inter as Marseille decided not to make his stay permanent.

According to Calciomercato, Correa's agent is now working hard to find a new club for him. The agent has suggested a return to Lazio, coinciding with the Capital Eagle Team's need for an additional attacker.

Given Correa's familiarity with the Italian League and life at Stadio Olimpico, his agent believes he is an ideal fit for the Biancoceleste. Correa's contract with Inter has just one year remaining, and his current market value is estimated at around 7 million Euros.
