[Friendly] Hansa Rostock - Lazio = 0 - 3
Lazio put their match against Triestina behind them and overcame a challenging start in their pre-season friendly against Hansa Rostock, securing a 3-0 victory after withstanding significant first-half pressure at a lively Osteestadion in Germany.
This was Marco Baroni's fourth friendly match and the first away from the Tre Cime di Lavaredo. Lazio faced numerous absences, notably Gila, Romagnoli, Castrovilli, Nuno Tavares, and Noslin, who stayed in the capital due to physical issues. Baroni used this opportunity to test some of the team's second-string players, awaiting the return of the full squad.
New captain Zaccagni opened the scoring at the end of the first half, capitalizing on a pass from Castellanos. Early in the second half, Castellanos doubled the lead with a swift action and a brilliant play by Guendouzi. The third goal came from Tchaouna, who came off the bench to replace Isaksen after an hour of play.
Despite the fatigue from the Cadore training camp, Baroni received positive feedback from the match. Next week, the Biancoceleste will take the field again at the Stirpe against Frosinone.
