Cagliari And Parma Enter Competition For Lazio's Matteo Cancellieri

Two Serie A clubs, Cagliari and Parma, have recently expressed interest in acquiring Lazio's forward, Matteo Cancellieri, this summer, adding to the excitement of the transfer market with multiple teams involved.

The interest from Cagliari and Parma has created an intriguing scenario as they have both inquired about the availability of the sidelined Lazio attacker, Matteo Cancellieri. The 22-year-old Italian winger returned to Lazio this month after his loan spell at Empoli, where he scored four goals and provided three assists in 36 games, displaying promising performance.

Lazio's new coach, Marco Baroni, has decided not to include Cancellieri in his plans, prompting the 22-year-old to seek a new club this summer. Additionally, Stade Rennais has contacted Lazio to explore a potential transfer for the winger.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, both Cagliari and Parma have approached Lazio to determine Cancellieri's price. Lazio is keen to offload the 22-year-old during this transfer window, with his contract running until June 2027 and a market value estimated between 4-6 million Euros.
