Loftus-Cheek: "My Experience With Sarri And Conte Was Different From What I've Had Before. They Always Gave Me The Impression That They Were Committed To Aiding My Growth And Development."

Ruben Loftus-Cheek, in an interview with Dazn, discussed his experiences working with both Sarri and Mourinho during his tenure at Chelsea. While he had high praise for the Biancoceleste coach, his comments regarding the Portuguese were less than favorable. These are the words of the midfielder: 

"Being under the tutelage of José as my first coach, after leaving the Academy, was a challenging experience. Our perspectives did not align, and there were frequent misunderstandings. Adding to this, I was still in my youth at the time."

"My experience with Sarri and Conte was different from what I've had before. They always gave me the impression that they were committed to aiding my growth and development. I learned that Italian coaches are always willing to assist you in getting better, regardless of your age or background. They have an innate desire to help you improve."
