Auronzo Di Cadore: Day 4 Report

Lazio's retreat in Auronzo di Cadore is now on its fourth day. Under the guidance of Maurizio Sarri, the team is diligently preparing for the upcoming season.

Morning session at 10.00

The Lazio team is currently in the Auronzo di Cadore retreat for their seventh training session. The goalkeepers are the first ones to step onto the main field, while the rest of the players gather on the adjacent green lawn. Among them is the captain, Ciro Immobile, who is always highly praised by the fans. The training session starts with tactical exercises for the defense, followed by drills for the midfielders and forwards. Crespi and Balde, who were absent in yesterday's session, also join their teammates on the field. Fortunately, their absence was not due to any serious injury; they quickly recovered and resumed training. After the session, the players will have a break before returning to work at 17:45.

Afternoon session at 5.45 pm

The afternoon session for Lazio commences with a series of physical training exercises conducted on the Zandegiacomo lawn. Following a positioning exercise, a themed mini-match is initiated on a small playing field. 

Red (4-3-3): Lazzari, Patric, Dutu/Ruggeri, Hysaj; Luis Alberto, Vecino, Akpa Akpro; Sana Fernandes, Immobile, Pedro;

Blue (4-3-3): Marusic, Casale, Romagnoli, Fares/Floriani; Basic, Cataldi, Bertini; Felipe Anderson,  Diego Gonzalez, Zaccagni;

The session concludes with the customary tactical defense evaluations.
