[Official] Uribe Signs With Al-Sadd For 3 Years Until 2026

Al-Sadd, the Qatari football club, confirmed the signing of Mateus Uribe, a 32-year-old Colombian player, on Monday. Uribe is leaving Porto after spending four seasons with the Portuguese club. Although there were rumors of Uribe potentially joining Lazio, negotiations with the Italian club did not come to fruition.

Uribe has been an integral part of Sérgio Conceição's team, making 113 appearances for Porto, with 10 goals to his name. Uribe has been a member of Colombia's national squad since 2015, appearing 45 times and scoring five goals. He was even picked up for the most recent Copa América.
