Milik's Future In Juventus Still Uncertain, Lazio Is Trying To Persuade Him To Come
As the summer transfer window approaches, Sarri has already voiced his desires for the upcoming season. It is now Lotito's responsibility to venture forth and find players that meet the coach's high standards. Lazio has already initiated contact with Arkadiusz Milik, and negotiations are ongoing. The Tuscan coach holds the player in high esteem, and fortunately, he is available for acquisition.
The future of Milik remains uncertain at this point. According to Corriere dello Sport, it has been reported that the redemption option for the player will expire on June 10th. If Juventus decides not to pursue the option, it may be easier for Lazio to make a move.
It is worth noting that Milik is the least expensive option on the list, and he has a good working relationship with coach Sarri from their time together at Napoli. Sarri sees him as a suitable backup for Ciro and has already reached out to the player to gauge his interest.
The redemption fee currently stands at €7M, while Milik's current salary of 3.5M is considered high for Lazio. During his time at Juventus, Milik made 16 starts and 10 substitute appearances, scoring a total of 7 goals. This transfer may prove to be a challenging one for Lazio, but they are determined to bring him to Rome and will explore all options to make it happen.
