Cicerelli Will Move To Reggina Permanently Next Season
As of the 1st of July, Many players will be returning to Rome after their loan stints, but not all of them will be making a comeback. One such player, Escalante, has met the requirements to activate the buyout clause in his contract and will therefore be purchased by Cadiz. He won't be the only one, though. Another player, Emanuele Cicerelli, will also be making a permanent transition to Reggina during the upcoming summer transfer window.
During the previous summer, the two clubs had agreed to the transfer of the class of 1994 on loan with the obligation to buy. During his tenure with Reggina, coach Pippo Inzaghi frequently utilized Cicerelli as a weapon in-game scenarios. As a result, by the 1st of July, the Calabrian club will be obligated to pay Biancoceleste the prearranged sum. Cicerelli will follow Gonzalo Escalante, who is also expected to depart from Lazio.
