Lazio Is Trying To Approach Gagliardini As A Free Transfer For Next Season

The club's success with free transfers of Alessio Romagnoli and Matias Vecino, who now have a significant role in the team, is said to have led to the club's re-investigation of free-transfer candidates.

This time, the subject of widespread discussion in the transfer market last season, Roberto Gagliardini, has been reported again.  According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the 28-year-old Inter midfielder is expected to leave the club at the end of the season. 

Until now, likely, Inter will not renew Gagliardini's contract.  Also, it's unclear where the former Atalanta midfielder will end up, this has led to speculation in the Italian media about Lazio's interest in acquiring him to add experienced Italian players to the Serie A championship.
