The First Derby Della Capitale For Romagnoli

The Derby della Capitale, which will take place in Serie A for the first time in the 2022/23 season, will be a very special match for new Lazio defender, Alessio Romagnoli.  The Italian defender will wear a sky-blue shirt to experience his first derby match.

Centre-back Alessio Romagnoli, 27, known as a loyal supporter of Biancoceleste, joined them last summer on a free transfer on a five-year deal.

He adapted quickly to the Aquile, proving his defensive skills and leadership under coach Maurizio Sarri. According to Il Tempo, Romagnoli is preparing for Lazio's first capital derby and is set to face Roma in one of the most important games of the season.

As the derby approaches, the Italian defender's role is more important than usual. With Ciro Immobile and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic out, he will be the leader on the pitch.
