De Zerbi: "Marcos Antonio Needs Time To Understand Sarri's Vision Of Football, Both Defensively And Offensively. However, I Believe He Will Find His Space Over Time. We're Talking About A Brazilian With A German Head."
Brighton manager Roberto De Zerbi spoke to Corriere dello Sport. Among the many questions asked, the Italian coach was asked to comment on Marcos Antonio, the Lazio midfielder he knows well, as he had him in the squad at Shakhtar Donetsk. The coach is certain that the Brazilian will be able to assert himself with the Lazio shirt:
"Marcos Antonio needs time to understand Sarri's vision of football, both defensively and offensively. The truth is, he has another player in front of him and he is also another player of mine: Danilo Cataldi. Cataldi did well with me in Benevento and now he has become a real player. However, I believe Marcos Antonio will find his space over time. We're talking about a Brazilian with a German head because of how professional he is in everyone's life."
