[Serie A] Fiorentina - Lazio = 0 - 4

Lazio managed to get three points from Fiorentina in a landslide 4-0 victory in Serie A, which continued on Monday night (10/10). The Italian capital team again showed the toughness of their defense in this match.

Lazio opened the scoring against Fiorentina with just 11 minutes of playing time. Matias Vecino stunned the hosts with a header from Mattia Zaccagni's corner.

Just 14 minutes later, the visitors extended their lead to 2-0. This time it was Zaccagni who headed home after receiving a pass from Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

La Viola did not give up hope and fought for the goal, but despite their best efforts, goalkeeper Ivan Provedel was invincible and the defender performed brilliantly, limiting the number of scoring opportunities.

Luis Alberto scored one of Lazio's additional two goals during the second half at 85' minutes. The other goal was scored by Ciro Immobile in the 90+1 minute.

Lazio now holds the third spot in the Italian League standings behind Napoli and Atalanta after earning a positive result. Meanwhile, Fiorentina holds the 13th position due to nine points in their collection.
