[Official] Djavan Anderson Moves To Oxford United

Lazio selling out again in the final hours of the transfer market, with Djavan Anderson on a permanent move to Oxford United. The Dutch winger was in Magdeburg's sights after a one-year loan spell with PEC Zwolle before talks with the German club broke down.
