Lazio Is Preparing A New Contract For Luka Romero
Lazio is reportedly trying to bind their young star, Luka Romero, to a new contract as they enter the final year of their contract with the Italian capital club. The Argentine is considered a promising player due to his skill and quality. Unlike the fate of his partner Raul Moro, the Argentine is not going anywhere this summer.
Lazio is reportedly set to offer one of their young stars, Luka Romero, a new contract this summer. The 17-year-old Argentine moved from Spanish club RCD Mallorca to the Italian capital last summer for a total value of 200,000 euros.
They added a talented teenager to the youth team, a player who was quickly promoted to the first team by Maurizio Sarri and made eight appearances in Serie A last season.
According to La Repubblica, Romero's contract with Biancoceleste will expire next year. To avoid him leaving the club on a free transfer, the team wants to find a solution quickly.
During training with the Argentine first-team squad, Romero impressed Lionel Messi. Coach Lionel Scaloni allowed the 17-year-old forward to train with the team. Additionally, Maurizio Sarri has high confidence in Romero and plans to give him more playing time in Serie A this season.
