Fiore: "Will Sergej Leave? People Always Say That And Then He Always Stays. Luis Alberto? He Might Be Sacrificed."
Maurizio Sarri has signed and Lazio is very optimistic. The Tuscan coach is under contract until 2025, adding another three years to the Biancoceleste. However, all the necessary assessments must now be carried out to lay the groundwork for the future of Sarri and Lazio.
Former Biancoceleste, Stefano Fiore told TMW Radio:
"Whether next season will be the real one for Sarri at Lazio? A lot depends on the market. Sarri's first year has been positive and can't be dropped, but we have seen that when some players were missing in the eleven, Lazio got lost."
"If Lotito follows Sarri's instructions, and with the renewal, I believe in it, I think it will be possible."
"Will Sergej leave? People always say that and then he always stays. I think the point is what Lotito asked for. There is no shortage of admirers, it will depend on what is asked for and Milinkovic-Savic will."
"Luis Alberto? He might be sacrificed. Even if he's very good and important, to me he's someone who can be sacrificed for the tactical management of the squad."
