Vedat Muriqi Is Wanted By Two English Clubs

Lazio striker, Vedat Muriqi could reportedly leave for England, after Leeds United and Hull City were reportedly interested in securing his services.  The Kosovo international has failed to make an impact at the capital club since joining from Fenerbahce in 2020.

Vedat Muriqi was brought in by Lazio from Turkish club Fenerbahce for a transfer value of 20 million Euros in September 2020 but had little impact on the Biancoceleste.

The Kosovo international striker made just 48 appearances for the Italian capital club, scoring two goals and providing two assists.  The number of yellow cards he has pocketed is more (three) than the number of goals he has produced for The Aquile.  And Maurizio Sarri prefers to use Pedro or Felipe Anderson as a false 9 than Muriqi when Ciro Immobile is unavailable.

According to reports by TuttoMercatoWeb, Hull City has approached to recruit Muriqi before but has reportedly shifted their target to another player.

But there are other fans from Premier League clubs who are struggling to avoid the relegation zone, Leeds United who have scored only 21 goals this season and are now in 16th position.

But the problem is that the Aquile have to sell players before they can bring in a replacement and Leeds only wants to borrow the services of the Kosovo international striker in January.
