Later, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic was claimed to be the strongest candidate to replace Pogba. Even in some reports, it is stated that the Serbian star has opened up the possibility of ending his tenure at Lazio for the last six and a half years after falling out with Maurizio Sarri.
Through an upload on his Instagram account, Milinkovic-Savic finally gave his response. Milinkovic-Savic insists he doesn't care about all the rumors surrounding him and prefers to focus on his current club.
"I see a lot of rumors about me, but...I don't care! I just want Lazio to win," wrote the player.
