Lazio Will Only Make A Small Income From Jersey Sponsorship In 2021/22
Lazio reportedly only earns around 1 million Euros from their jersey sponsorship and is the fifth least amount among other Serie A clubs.
According to news reported by Italian media, Calcio e Finanza, Lazio until now still does not have a main sponsor for their jersey and only earns around 1 million Euros per season from the Frecciarossa logo on the left sleeve.
This amount is certainly lower than the top clubs in Italy, Juventus who topped the list by generating revenues of 52.5 million euros followed by second place, Inter with 29 million euros in revenue.
Overall sponsors pay clubs in Serie A 190 Million Euros, almost 21 Million Euros more than the 2020/21 season, setting this season a record-breaking sponsorship spending.
The Biancoceleste still has to find the main sponsor of their shirt which will increase the amount of revenue dramatically for the club based in Rome. Only five clubs use all available sponsor slots on their shirts (main sponsor, second sponsor, sleeve sponsor, and back sponsor) on their jerseys namely Atalanta, Bologna, Cagliari, Empoli, and Torino. The capital team has not had a major sponsor on their jerseys for the last two years.
