Day 5 At Marienfeld

Morning training for the First Team of the Capital which, today, took to the field at the Hotel Klosterpforte starting at 10:30.

At the end of an athletic activation, the team carried out tactical exercises in departments: the defenders worked on different game situations on the tactical level, while midfielders and forwards were engaged in some tactical exercises focused on ball possession.  The departments also took turns in carrying out athletic work focused on strength.

A new training session is scheduled in the afternoon.

Afternoon training for the First Team of the Capital which, today, met at the fields of the Hotel Klosterpforte in Marienfeld starting at 17:30.

After an initial technical warm-up, the team did extensive athletic work.  Subsequently, the biancocelesti were engaged with a tactical phase given tomorrow's match against Twente.  At the end of a match on a reduced pitch, the team also worked on the inactive balls.

Blue (4-3-3): Strakosha;  Marusic, Patric, Acerbi, Kamenovic;  Akpa Akpro, Escalante, Luis Alberto;  Felipe Anderson, Caicedo (Muriqi), Raul Moro (Jony).

Result: Orange - Blue = 1 - 2 (Correa; Caicedo, Escalante)
