Day 15 At Auronzo Di Cadore

Morning training for the First Team of the Capital which, today, met at the 'Rodolfo Zandegiacomo Stadium in Auronzo di Cadore starting at 10:30 am.

Maurizio Sarri's training was carried out in the first part of the session inside the gym.  The Biancoceleste, in particular, worked on strength and joint mobility.  Subsequent activation in the field, which was followed by an athletic block dedicated to intermittent running.

The resumption of training is scheduled for the afternoon at the usual 5:45 pm then, in the evening, the presentation of the team at Zandegiacomo.

In the afternoon before the second training session, all the players start to get a vaccination for Covid 19.  As anticipated, President Lotito, in agreement with the Veneto region, has decided to start the immunization operation for all those who are participating in the Auronzo di Cadore retreat.  Luis Alberto also received the first dose of the Covid vaccine.  The photo, shared by the Spaniard on Instagram, confirms this.

Punctual, at 5.45 pm, the biancoceleste players found themselves on the pitch.  At the end of initial muscle activation on the adjacent pitch, with a bull and athletic work, the men available to coach Maurizio Sarri moved to the main pitch of Zandegiacomo.

A broad tactical phase dominated the session, followed by a match on a reduced pitch which concluded the afternoon training session.
