Day 12 At Auronzo Di Cadore

Morning training for the First Team of the Capital which, today, met at the 'Rodolfo Zandegiacomo' Stadium in Auronzo di Cadore starting at 10:30.

Maurizio Sarri's training was carried out in the first part of the session inside the gym.  The Biancoceleste, in particular, worked on strength and joint mobility.  Subsequent activation in the field, which was followed by an athletic block dedicated to intermittent running. Only the goalkeepers were involved with the ball, under the orders of Nenci and Grigioni.

In the morning, Andrè Anderson also arrived, joined with the rest of the group. He follows Luka Romero and Fabio Maistro as the newest addition to the retreat.

The resumption of training is scheduled for tomorrow.
