AC Milan Wants Luis Alberto From Lazio, Romagnoli Will Be Involved?
AC Milan is reportedly interested in signing Luis Alberto from Lazio in the transfer market this summer with captain Alessio Romagnoli likely to be involved in the transaction.
The Rossoneri are said to be one of several clubs who are monitoring Alberto's situation with the Biancoceleste in the Mercato this summer.
It is no secret that Milan is currently looking for a new playmaker who can become Their new No. 10 after Hakan Calhanoglu decided to reject a contract renewal offer in favor of joining city rivals, Inter on a free transfer.
According to reports from Il Messaggero, Rossoneri, Juventus and Real Madrid are currently following the development of the Spain international who is likely to leave Lazio in this transfer window. However, president Claudio Lotito refused to let him go easily and put a tag of 60 million euros on his star.
To meet Lotito's asking price, Milan is expected to include Romagnoli in the negotiations considering he is a figure that Biancoceleste is interested in. In addition, the player is also a fan of the capital club since he was a child.
Last season, Alberto managed to score nine goals and two assists in 34 appearances in Serie A after the 2019-20 campaign last season recorded six goals and 15 assists in 36 league games. He is a traditional attacking midfielder but can be played a bit deep if needed.
