Looking For Vice Immobile, Lazio Monitor Parma's Young Striker
Lazio is still looking for a backup for Ciro Immobile despite signing Vedat Muriqi last summer but his performance is still far from expectations. This time the target for the Biancoceleste is Parma's striker, Valentin Mihaila.
One of Lazio's tasks in the summer market is to find players who can contribute to the attack. Previously, The Aquile hoped that Vedat Muriqi could be counted on to be Immobile's back-up striker and reduce the burden on the Italy international, but the 26-year-old has been seen as disappointing in his first season.
According to the latest news reported by Lazio News, The Aquile are eyeing Parma striker Valentin Mihaila. The 21-year-old has contributed three goals and provided three assists in 19 appearances. The young striker is usually operated as a left-winger but he is also often used as a second striker and right-winger.
While Mihaila's transfer value is in the range of 8.5 million euros, The Aquile wants to buy it at an affordable price and hopes that the striker can appear to exceed his transfer value. If there is no additional funding from the Champions League next season then players with affordable prices will be considered by the club.
